A rather major change has been made to the Annual Report Analysis tool. In the past one item analyzed was Intrinsic Value. It has been changed to Discounted Cash Flow. DSC is a more conservative evaluation. Look for the current price to be at a 25% discount to the DSC, or more. The spreadsheet displays the discount percentage.
The bank analysis tool has been automated. Save the form to your computer, open it, and follow the 4 steps in automatically retrieving the data needed for the analysis.
Want help on when to sell? A new spreadsheet has been developed to help with that decision--version 1.08. Take a look, and provide feedback on its usefulness, and any suggestions.
Mutual Funds verson 1.07 is now available. Housekeeping changes have been made to this form.
