If you're a Mac user, check out www.churr.com.  SSG type software is available, written for the Macintosh, as well as for the PC. It will import SDS data if you subscribe to the NAIC database. Another excellent subscription site for data--and a whole community of investors--is www.StockCentral.com

  Avoid "Phone Tree Hell" when calling a company to speak to a live person. Here is a convenient shortcut--and it's free. Use Bringo, a website that gets you to a live person automatically. Go to: http://www.nophonetrees.com. Bringo has a growing list of companies available for this "shortcut" service. When on the Bringo site find the company you want and enter your phone number. Once Bringo has a live person on the line it calls you back. It's very easy to set up...and it works.
